Can we say that we are better off now that our best minds came and went for tens of thousands of years and all we have of their minds are tiny bits of bleeding edge printing technology? What if those masters where still here today, working with our brightest young minds on a daily basis, offering the full richness off their insights and motivations? If you were a Fortune 500 Company, would you possibly be interested in hiring such individuals? Would some refuse a Fortune 500 Company's obscene deals and go "Open Source"? Would there be an underground war between such "Masters"?
What if you could simulate the Masters' brains with hardware and software? would those who hold patents to that IP battle it out with the Others?
